Hi embroideres, I have been using Wilcom e4 Designer to create a design using the ZSK-TC in Select machine format ZSK-TC and exporting to to USB to the T8 controller but, the thread sequence does not follow as programmed I have looked at all the videos and followed step by step many times with out success. Sent a file to ZSK for examination weeks ago but no response. Perhaps Wilcom needs to update the program. Brand new Sprint 6
